Brandon Stewart, known as Beatnet, grew up in the eclectic entertainment culture of Southern California. Starting as a drummer, at a very early age, he fostered a love for exploring rhythms, textures and new sounds all used to create musical stories. Los Angeles was his creative hub as he absorbed all the influence he could find from street art, the LA skyline, alleys of East LA, to the rolling tides of the Pacific. This mixture of visual inspiration led to his multi-genre approach and fostered his musical ability as an artist and producer; spanning the arcs of R&B, Hip Hop, Pop and Indie.

He has continued a successful career in the sync world of film and television, being featured in movies such as Dolemite is My Name and Fast & Furious, as well as TV shows such as Empire, All American and Black-ish. He was also most recently featured on the new Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 video game.

All that is to shine light on Beatnet’s strong passion and ability to tell dynamic visual stories through his music. Often leading to the creation of alternate worlds and other-worldy environments, he connects us with an escape and freedom that we all often need from the mundane of the real world.
